AAH & CODE |Building Literacy, Leadership, and Global Citizenship

CODE (Canadian Organization for Development through Education)

At Ace Acumen Heights, we believe education should go beyond textbooks. It should shape compassionate leaders, global thinkers, and active changemakers. That’s why we are proud to announce our partnership with CODE (formerly the Canadian Organization for Development through Education), a global organization committed to advancing literacy and education equity.

This partnership is more than an extracurricular project. It’s an opportunity for students to connect their learning to real-world issues while developing practical life skills. Through CODE, our students from Grades 6 to 12 will engage in:

  • The CODE Literacy Ambassador Program
  • School-wide book drives and fundraisers
  • Workshops on gender equity, access to education, and global literacy
  • Student-led awareness campaigns focused on closing global education gaps

These programs help students strengthen leadership, public speaking, teamwork, and empathy. By working in teams to design campaigns or raise awareness, students will learn how to use their voices to make a meaningful impact, locally and globally.

They bring decades of experience in creating literacy-focused programs around the world. Together, we are developing cross-curricular learning experiences that challenge students to think critically, act compassionately, and lead with purpose.

Our collaboration perfectly aligns with the AAH mission to provide a holistic, future-focused education. Whether it’s organizing book drives, speaking at assemblies, or creating change through advocacy, our students are stepping into their roles as global citizens.
