Personalized Information Sessions at Ace Acumen
Ace Acumen offers Personalized Information Sessions via Zoom, designed to help you learn more about how our school can support your child's educational journey.
During your session, you'll:
-> Explore grade-level features and programs tailored to your child and family.
-> Discuss your child’s unique learning needs and how Ace Acumen can meet them.
-> Have all your questions answered by a friendly member of our Admissions team.

Applying to Grade JK-12
Connecting with our Admissions Team and browsing the website are great ways to start your journey. Then join one of our Open Houses, book a private tour or a Personalized Information Session.
Complete the online application form. A confirmation message will appear after your application is submitted and payment is received. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please allow one business day for processing.
Once your application has been processed, you will have access to the application checklist. Please upload the following documents to your application checklist as soon as possible:
- Final report cards from June 2023 and June 2024 as well as the latest progress report from the current school year when it becomes available
- Passport or other government-issued photo identification
- Teacher assessment form
Candidates will be required to complete an assessment that includes mathematics and literacy. The test is tailored to your child's age and will include multiple-choice and short-answer questions. No preparation is required.
Interviews for Grade 7 will be by invitation only. If selected, you will be contacted by email to book an interview using a link in your applicant checklist.

Registration must be returned with the first tuition instalment fee one week from the offer date for your space at Ace Acumen to be confirmed.
At Ace Acumen, we value community and the importance of family. That’s why we offer an Early Notification Program for Siblings, giving priority to siblings of currently enrolled students and children of faculty and staff.
This program ensures that families within our community have a seamless admissions process and can continue to grow with us.

We understand that there are many options when it comes to your child’s education. At Ace Acumen Heights, we focus on providing lasting value through high-quality private tuition.

Here is the support that we provide for our students in Grades 12
- An extensive preparation program for entrance exams and interviews.
- A school fair showcasing over 20 secondary schools with informational booths. Admission directors and academic staff are available to welcome students and families and address any inquiries about their institutions.
- A faculty-student mentorship program where each Grade 12 student is paired with a faculty or staff member of their choice. These mentors provide support and guidance throughout the graduating year, assisting with time management, self-reflection, and leadership.
- A comprehensive guidebook for Grade 12 applicants and their families, providing essential details on the application process and helpful tips for a smooth transition.
- An informative Grade 12 Admissions Evening in early October, offering ample time for families to plan for the future. This event features advice from a knowledgeable panel including ACE Alumni, former parents, and educational consultants.
- Regular visits from ACE Alumni throughout the year, who return from various post-secondary institutions in the Toronto, Brampton, and GTA areas to share insights about their schools and the application process.

What is your student – teacher ratio?
1) Primary ACE (JK to Grade 6): Our youngest learners thrive in an environment with a 5:1 to 8:1 student-teacher ratio, allowing for individualized guidance and fostering strong foundational skills during these critical years.
2)Junior ACE (Grades 7-8): Students in middle school benefit from a 6:1 to 10:1 student-teacher ratio, enabling deeper engagement and fostering collaborative and independent learning experiences.
3) Senior ACE (Grades 9-12):
High school students are supported by a 7:1 to 12:1 student-teacher ratio, ensuring a balance of academic rigor and mentorship as they prepare for their futures in college or university.
