Mental health has to do with your psychological, emotional, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and act.
Our mental health is just as important as our physical health is to maintain a healthy, successful life. Our mental health affects our progress at school, work, and in our relationships with one another. We all want to feel mentally well, but it’s not always easy to know what to do.

Here are some simple changes to move back towards the green:
Connect with others (family, friends, an affinity group or pets)
Spend quality time doing the things that you enjoy the most
Move your body or go out for leisure activities and be with your freinds
Practice healthy eating and sleeping habits
Try to notice the positive things in your life
Find healthy ways to relax and reduce stress
If you feel you are unable to accomplish this alone,
it may be time to book a counselling session
